Job summary

Search Masters, Inc. seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee production planning, supply chain operations, and logistics across the manufacturing footprint. You will drive the adoption and utilization of ERP/CIM systems, manage end-to-end process flows, and ensure schedule adherence while holding cross-functional teams accountable to delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and accountability in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ERP system experience, ideally gained within a larger company or plant setting.
• Injection molding and plastics industry experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning, supply chain operations, and logistics functions
• Drive the adoption and utilization of ERP/CIM systems across the organization
• Manage the end-to-end process flow of production and ensure schedule adherence
• Hold cross-functional teams accountable to production schedules and delivery targets
• Lead and manage a team including a Master Scheduler, 2 Planners, 2 Buyers, and an Assistant Material Manager with performance reporting responsibilities
