Qualifications

• Degree in SCM, Manufacturing Eng, Ops Mgmt, Biz Admin, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and ongoing leadership to senior-level exempt contributors and managers for strategic development projects.
• Defines and drives vision, strategy, and processes for key initiatives expanding into new markets and opportunities.
• Collaborates with executive leadership to refine supply chain goals and align plans with the company's mission.
• Monitors progress toward strategic goals and reports updates to senior leadership.
• Develops end-to-end business process migration strategy, tactics, and project plans to reach goals.
• Works cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, manufacturing, quality control, research, and marketing to develop supply chain insights.
• Manages strategic supply chain models translating flows into business processes and integrating into systems.
• Analyzes industry trends, opportunities and performance to lead strategic planning.
• Identifies growth opportunities and builds business cases and financial models for investments.
• Hires, sets annual performance plans, coaches, and supports career development.
