Job summary

HP is seeking a Supplier Operations Manager to drive labor operations, governance, and supplier engagement. You will lead the execution of staffing, capacity planning, and delivery alignment with service commitments, while owning critical operational metrics and driving continuous improvement.

The role requires 10+ years in service delivery or related fields, a business-focused degree, and strong analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in service business management, delivery, solution architecture, business planning, or related field.
• Degree or commensurate experience as described in Education section.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational interface between the business and external suppliers, fostering partnerships and driving accountability for outcomes.
• Drive labor operations by ensuring staffing, workforce planning, capacity management, and delivery alignment with service commitments.
• Own and monitor operational metrics, analyze performance, identify risks, and drive corrective actions to hit service, productivity, quality, and financial goals.
• Lead Monthly Operational Reviews (MORs) and use metrics to drive supplier accountability and performance improvement.
• Govern supplier performance through MORs, business reviews, action tracking, and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate cross-functional actions to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and minimize business impact with suppliers.
• Collaborate with suppliers to implement process improvements and productivity initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to contracts, policies, workforce guidelines, and regulatory requirements across supplier ops.
• Conduct business analyses to identify root causes and propose data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Support regional/global teams on workforce strategies, supplier transitions, transformation programs.
