Job summary

HP is seeking a Sr. Manager in Service Supply Chain Portfolio Management Office to lead a team of senior contributors and managers, shaping strategy and processes for initiatives aimed at expanding into new markets and business lines.

The role partners with executive leadership to refine supply chain goals, monitor progress, and develop migration strategies, translating insights into actionable plans across procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Typically 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in supply chain/operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a team of senior-level exempt contributors and managers on strategic development projects.
• Define and drive vision, strategy, and processes for initiatives to expand into new markets and opportunities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to refine supply chain goals and align plans.
• Monitor progress toward strategic goals and communicate updates to senior leadership.
• Develop end-to-end business process migration strategy, project plan, and timeline.
• Work cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, manufacturing, quality, R&D, and marketing.
• Manage strategic supply chain models translating flows into business processes.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop business cases with financial models.
• Hire, set and monitor annual performance plans; coach and develop the team.
