Job summary

Team Car Care is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Irving, TX to manage the day-to-day purchasing lifecycle across store-level supplies, bulk fluids, equipment, and services. You will coordinate with stores, distributors, and the Procurement team to ensure accurate POs, proper requisition management, and timely issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3+ years in procurement or related roles, strong Excel skills, and experience with Workday.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related operations/analyst role.
• Experience with an ERP/procurement platform (Workday preferred) and purchase order workflows.
• Strong Excel skills; comfortable working with vendor data, cost reports, and spend analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to manage competing requests from stores, vendors, and leadership simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through on open items (POs, tickets, vendor escalations).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, approve, and process purchase orders (POs) and change orders in Workday for store equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Monitor and process weekly Auto Ordering requisitions; cancel duplicate or unneeded requisitions.
• Investigate and resolve PO discrepancies with vendors before fulfillment.
• Coordinate change orders with vendors to prevent full PO resubmission.
• Act as liaison with distributors, parts suppliers, and equipment vendors.
• Resolve delivery exceptions and escalations with distributors and stores.
• Troubleshoot vendor billing/remittance issues with Accounts Payable.
• Support contract and rate negotiations for outside services and review SOWs.
