Job summary

MillerKnoll, Inc. seeks a Kinaxis Rapid Response Product Owner to drive global supply chain planning technology. You will lead an agile product team, convert business priorities into a backlog, and accelerate deployment and enhancements of the SCP solution across regions.

Requires deep SCP domain knowledge, strong leadership, and experience with SaaS systems and external partners to deliver end-to-end planning capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of technical experience with 0-3 years in management.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies and toolsets.
• Ability to define business requirements, write user stories, create designs.
• Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response or similar SCP solutions.
• Experience leading external technology partners and integrators.
• Experience with SaaS ownership and integration architectures.
• Experience driving user adoption across geographies.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong presentation skills for communicating ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Champion best-practice approaches and drive user adoption.
• Provide end-user support for system issues and data updates.
• Lead a team of architects and analysts for maintenance and enhancements.
• Lead large-scale programs for deployment and improvements to SCP solution.
• Maintain training content and deliver platform training.
• Partner with Operations and IT to align priorities across tech teams.
• Provide technical guidance for end-to-end supply chain (demand, S&OP, planning).
• Establish and manage technology provider and integrator relationships.
• Serve as Kinaxis Rapid Response Product Owner and translate priorities into a backlog.
• Translate complex information into concise business requirements with agile methods.
