Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking a Kinaxis Rapid Response Product Owner to lead an agile product team driving deployment and enhancements of the global Supply Chain Planning solution. You will translate business priorities into a backlog, collaborate with operations and IT, and ensure data quality and adoption across regions.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in SCP, agile management, and strong leadership, with a track record of delivering complex system changes and training users on platform

Qualifications

• Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field or equivalent.
• 10+ years of professional technical experience with 0-3 years of management experience.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies and toolsets.
• Experience defining business requirements, writing user stories, and system designs.
• Knowledge of MRP and Supply Chain planning; Kinaxis Rapid Response experience preferred.
• Experience with SaaS solution ownership and integration architectures.
• Experience driving user adoption across geographies; strong written/verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion best-practice approaches and drive user adoption.
• Lead a team of technical architects & systems analysts for maintenance and enhancements.
• Lead large-scale transformational programs deploying SCP solutions.
• Maintain and deliver training content on platform functionality and procedures.
• Partner with Operations and IT to align priorities across technology teams.
• Provide technical guidance for end-to-end supply chain functions.
• Translate complex information into concise business requirements and backlog.
