Job summary

MillerKnoll, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Product Owner to drive the transformation of supply chain planning systems. You will lead an agile product team, deploy Kinaxis Rapid Response enhancements, and align business priorities with IT and operations across geographies.

The role requires deep knowledge of SCP, MRP concepts, and experience managing external technology partners. Strong leadership and communication are essential to deliver scalable, integrated solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in information systems, engineering, supply chain or related field.
  • 10+ years of professional technical experience with 0-3 years of management experience.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies and toolsets.
  • Experience defining business requirements, writing user stories, and establishing detailed system and functional designs.

Responsibilities

  • Champion best-practice approaches and drive user adoption.
  • Ensure end-user support for system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and data/process updates.
  • Lead a team of technical architects & systems analysts responsible for system maintenance, administration, and driving enhancements.
  • Lead large scale transformational programs and projects related to deployment and enhancement of the Supply Chain Planning solution.
  • Maintain and improve training content, deliver training on platform functionality, processes, and procedures.
  • Partner with Operations and IT to ensure business priorities are aligned across technology teams.
  • Provide technical guidance to enable end-to-end supply chain including demand planning, S&OP, capacity planning, inventory optimization.
  • Establish and lead relationships with technology providers and integrators.
  • Serve as the Kinaxis Rapid Response Product Owner, translating priorities into a backlog.
  • Translate complex information into concise business requirements and manage with agile approaches to deliver integrated solutions.

General Purpose
  • Responsible for driving and facilitating the transformation of supply chain planning systems & processes used across MillerKnoll. Coordinate with planning stakeholders and senior leaders to support initiatives that will improve planning activities. Serve as the Kinaxis Rapid Response product owner, leading an agile product team, furthering deployment and enhancement of the overall supply chain planning technology solution.
Essential Functions
  • Champion best-practice approaches and drive user adoption.

  • Lead a team of technical architects & systems analysts responsible for system maintenance, administration, and driving enhancements to meet the needs of the global supply chain planning community.
  • Lead large scale transformational programs and projects related to deployment and enhancement of the Supply Chain Planning solution.
  • Maintain and improve training content, deliver training on platform functionality, processes, and procedures to the user community.
  • Partner with Operations and IT to ensure business priorities are aligned across various technology teams.
  • Provide technical guidance to enable our end-to-end supply chain, including demand planning, S&OP, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.
  • Responsible for establishing and leading key technology providers and integrator relationships.
  • Serve as the Kinaxis Rapid Response Product Owner, leading an agile product team, and transforming business priorities into a backlog of actionable work.
  • Translate complex information into comprehensive, concise, and high-quality business requirements, Leveraging agile project management approaches to ensure the delivery of integrated business solutions.
Qualifications

Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • 10+ years of professional technical experience with 0-3 years of management experience.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies and toolsets.
  • Experience defining business requirements, writing user stories, and establishing detailed system and functional designs.
  • Knowledge of MRP and Supply Chain planning. preferred.
  • Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response or comparable SCP solution. Implementation experience preferred.
  • Experience managing and leading external technology partners and integrators.
  • Experience with SaaS solution ownership and associated integration architectures.
  • Experience driving user adoption across the enterprise in multiple geographies.
  • Demonstrated high level of written, verbal, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong presentation skills to communicate information, ideas, and processes in a logical sequence, at a level appropriate to the audience.
Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to effectively partner with and influence internal business partners on decision making and technical concepts.
  • Knowledge of how current trends and technology may be used to support business partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data in decision making and strategy development.
  • Ability to generate ideas to improve team efficiency, effectiveness and impact.
