Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking a seasoned Product Owner for Kinaxis Rapid Response to drive and transform supply chain planning across the enterprise. You will lead an agile product team, translate business priorities into a backlog, and ensure delivery of integrated SCP solutions across geographies.

The role requires deep experience in SCP, agile leadership, and the ability to collaborate with Operations and IT to align strategic priorities with technology delivery.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 10+ years of professional technical experience with 0-3 years of management experience.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies and toolsets.
• Experience defining business requirements, writing user stories, and establishing detailed system and functional designs.
• Knowledge of MRP and Supply Chain planning; Kinaxis Rapid Response experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion best-practice approaches and drive user adoption.
• Lead a team of technical architects & systems analysts for maintenance and enhancements.
• Drive large-scale transformational programs deploying SCP solutions.
• Maintain and improve training content and deliver platform training.
• Partner with Operations and IT to align priorities across technology teams.
• Provide technical guidance to enable end-to-end supply chain (demand planning, S&OP, capacity, inventory).
• Establish and manage key technology providers and integrator relationships.
