Job summary

Graham Packaging in Houston, TX seeks a Logistics Manager to lead the supply chain team and schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business priorities. You will work across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales to optimize inventory, KPIs and cost performance.

The role requires deep planning experience, SAP/ERP proficiency, and strong analytical and leadership skills to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience in Demand, Supply, Inventory, Scheduling or Capacity Planning.
• Proficient with SAP (PP/MM/APO/SNP/PPDS/WMS) or similar ERP.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Excellent Excel/Access and SQL abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution and adherence of the supply plan.
• Lead scheduler and warehouse teams.
• Create detailed daily plant schedules.
• Measure and act on key supply chain metrics.
• Drive compliance with standard supply chain processes.
• Maintain accurate master planning data across facilities.
• Assist operations with data integrity audits.
• Collaborate with S&OP and other teams to develop solutions.
