• Define, maintain and improve KPIs for end-to-end supply chain planning, enabling visibility of portfolio health and performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish KPI definitions, data sources, reporting cadences and governance.
• Create and promote planning principles across raw materials, packaging and global release planning.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders to strengthen end-to-end planning and drive alignment.
• Serve as SME for planning standards, governance, KPI interpretation, scenario planning and continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to change management and adoption of best practices.
