Merck is seeking a Senior Specialist, Global Clinical Supplies Process Steward to ensure planning processes are defined and supported by SAP workflows and SME networks. You will coordinate Forecasting, MRP/Supply Planning, and master data within the Planning domain, partnering with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain management or planning
• 3+ years with SAP including Demand Management, MPS and MRP
• Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of projects

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Global Clinical Supplies processes aligned with objectives.
• Act as SAP and Global Business Processes knowledge expert for Planning and Forecasting.
• Drive system solutions to business challenges across Global Clinical Supplies.
• Support Demand Tracker and enhancement prioritization.
• Drive process standardization, implementation, and training on new processes.
• Review SOPs and assess changes against system impact.
• Collaborate with Global Process Steward Network and cross-functional partners.
• Support tier management and escalations for transactional issues.
• Provide Deviations, Investigation, and CAPA support in planning
• Identify process-driven opportunities to improve performance
• Develop trust-based relationships to drive change with stakeholders
