Job summary

Corning Incorporated is seeking an Integrated Planning Leader to ensure end-to-end supply chain alignment from demand to supply for assigned product lines. You will partner with cross-functional teams to standardize planning strategies that maximize value, improve service, optimize inventory and capacity, and reduce costs.

You will work with site Production Planning, Operations, and the SIOP process to balance supply and demand, while considering material, labor, and asset constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• Eight+ years in supply chain planning, logistics, or inventory management.
• Proficiency with ERP environments and/or advanced planning solutions.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage projects, and drive improvement.
• Experience influencing stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align demand and supply.
• Develop and implement standardized planning processes.
• Manage inventory through master-data policies and safety stock strategies.
• Lead SIOP processes translating agreements into plans.
• Identify and address supply constraints with urgency.
• Support transitional supply chain activities (NPI, make-to-buy, multi-sourcing, end-of-life).
