Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a part of Synnex Corporation, is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Program Manager- Strat Buy in Fremont, CA. This on-site role focuses on demand planning, purchasing, supplier management, and inventory optimization to ensure continuous supply and operational excellence.

You will partner with ODMs and contract manufacturers, manage lead times and safety stock, and drive improvements across planning, sourcing, and fulfillment workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning and forecasting for raw materials and finished goods.
• Ability to create, manage, and monitor purchase orders to support timely and cost-effective supply.
• Experience sourcing and managing suppliers/ODMs, including onboarding and performance tracking.
• Strong collaboration with customers and contract manufacturers to align on demand and fulfillment readiness.
• Experience with aging, excess, and obsolete inventory reduction and disposal strategies.
• Ability to manage RMA processes and coordinate with logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning and forecasting for raw materials and finished goods.
• Issue and manage purchase orders to ensure timely, cost-effective supply.
• Source and manage suppliers and ODMs, including cost negotiation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with customers and contract manufacturers to align on demand and fulfillment readiness.
• Monitor aging, excess, and obsolete inventory with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Coordinate RMA processes and track fulfillment progress with logistics.
