Job summary

Analog Devices in Beaverton, OR is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to optimize production capacity and lead times across global fabs. You will develop predictive models and dashboards to evaluate multi-tier risks and drive master production scheduling.

Requirements include 4+ years in supply chain (2+ in semiconductors), strong ERP and analytics skills, and Lean/Six Sigma experience. Travel up to 10% with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of dedicated supply chain experience, with at least 2 years in semiconductor/high-tech hardware.
• ERP/Planning software proficiency with Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, Blue Yonder/JDA, Kinaxis or NetSuite.
• Data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and strong spreadsheet modeling skills.
• Knowledge of chip fabrication flows, die-sorting metrics and manufacturing yield calculations.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize production capacity across multiple fabs.
• Drive solution development, change management, customer communications, and delivery plans.
• Manage WIP tracking and lead time across global foundries.
• Build predictive models and dashboards to evaluate multi-tier supply chain risks.
• Balance demand and supply with long lead times to drive MPS.
• Review safety stock to minimize excess while ensuring fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Global Sourcing, Product Engineering, Finance and Logistics.
• Identify opportunities and develop creative solutions.
• Prepare and present SCM metrics and trends to senior management.
