Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in SCM, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of dedicated supply chain experience in semiconductor or high-tech hardware manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP/Planning software and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Production Capacity Planning: optimize allocation across fabs and manage delivery plans.
• WIP Tracking & Lead Time Optimization across global foundries.
• Advanced Supply Chain Analytics: build predictive models and dashboards for risks and performance.
• Demand & Supply Balancing: reconcile forecasts with long lead times to drive MPS.
• Inventory Optimization: review safety stock to minimize excess and obsolescence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with Global Sourcing, Product Engineering, Finance, and Logistics.
