The role requires a strong background in semiconductor supply chains, cross-functional leadership, and a track record transforming planning capabilities at scale.

Qualifications

10+ years in supply chain, planning systems, or transformation roles, with semiconductor manufacturing experience.
Strong leadership and collaboration across global teams; ability to translate business needs into scalable planning solutions.
Experience integrating planning with SAP, MES, and planning platforms like Blue Yonder.
US citizenship required for access to sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Lead fab supply chain planning initiatives to improve customer commitments, forecast accuracy, inventory, capacity, wafer starts, and cycle time.
Standardize fab-planning processes, decision rules, and governance across units, sites, and regions.
Own end-to-end functional design for Order Promiser and Enterprise Supply Planner; align planning with execution systems.
Define planning logic for prioritization, allocation, pegging, capacity modeling, and release strategies across fabs.
Partner with IT and engineering to integrate planning with SAP, MES, and platforms like Blue Yonder.
Lead change management, training, adoption, and post-implementation performance tracking.
