Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner to manage all supply chain responsibilities for key product lines at our Hillside, IL plant. The role emphasizes Excel skills and strong knowledge of information and product flow to drive customer satisfaction, inventory control and production planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems; experience with QAD is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in supply chain within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer demand schedules, revising orders, updating accounts, and escalating supply issues, when necessary
• Investigate and respond to customer complaints
• Prepare floor-level production schedules considering available capacity and mitigating constraints
• Prepare forecasts for planning, purchasing and distribution
• Act as the key liaison between suppliers and vendors
• Develop and publish a service parts schedule, and monitor production progress
• Purchasing of production components in support of day-to-day manufacturing operations
• Develop ERP proficiency in generating reports and looking for opportunities to improve company performance
• Process Engineering Change Requests
• Set up new items and suppliers
• Review/Audit BOMs for accuracy
