Job summary

Maker's Pride, LLC seeks a Collaborative Planning Manager in Carol Stream, IL to link customer demand signals with a constrained supply plan, delivering a level-loaded 13-week horizon. You will own demand and supply accuracy for a designated group, and work with plant scheduling and corporate planning to deliver One Supply Plan that balances service, cost and inventory.

The role requires collaboration across Demand Planning, Customer Service, Plant Operations, Materials and Commercial teams,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of Supply Chain planning experience (demand, supply, scheduling, or S&OP).
• Experience in multi-site manufacturing; food or CPG preferred.
• Proven ability to translate demand signals into executable supply plans.
• Experience with plant scheduling and commercial partners.

Responsibilities

• Influence demand signals to improve accuracy and align to capacity.
• Plan supply at plants with level-loaded, smooth schedules.
• Own 13-week demand/supply accuracy and drive plan quality.
• Own segmentation and wheels per line with SC Directors.
• Minimize unconstrained demand and surface gaps.
• Manage customer blackout calendars and shifts.
• Validate unconstrained demand against forecast; ensure full coverage.
• Translate unconstrained demand into constrained SAP entry.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Customer Service, Plant Ops, Materials, and Commercial teams.
• Travel to plant locations 10–15% as needed.
