Busch Vacuum Solutions seeks a Supply Chain Planner II for our Regional Distribution Center in Chesapeake, VA. You will analyze demand, inventory, supplier performance, and capacity to maintain optimal stock levels and meet production needs.

The role uses MRP, forecasting, and ERP tools to align planning with customer demand and company goals. Working cross-functionally with suppliers, operations, sourcing, and finance, you will resolve shortages, manage master data, and execute the Master

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment analyzing and recommending material replenishment.
• Thorough understanding and practical application of statistical methods is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, plans, releases, controls, reschedules, and cancels materials and components that support production orders based on ERP/MRP.
• Maintains adequate stock levels to meet production and spare parts demands while controlling inventory targets.
• Oversees material requirements and procurement recommendations based on demand and trends.
• Contacts suppliers and work centers regarding material issues caused by demand fluctuations and delays.
• Executes the Master Production Schedule based on monthly sales and capacity constraints.
• Leads lean process improvement and participates in cross-functional meetings.
