Job summary

Busch Group USA, a leader in vacuum solutions, seeks a Head of Purchasing & Supply Chain to provide strategic leadership for its U.S. purchasing and supply chain organization.

This executive role reports to the President and is based at the Virginia Beach headquarters. The position drives sourcing, procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier management to ensure cost competitiveness, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred inBusiness Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of supplier negotiations, procurement practices, planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead long-term purchasing and supply chain strategy for Busch Group USA.
• Oversee sourcing, procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance.
• Advise President and senior leadership on opportunities, risks, and trade-offs.
• Translate strategy into actionable supply chain roadmap with clear priorities.
• Lead initiatives to improve cost competitiveness, service, and resilience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align supply chain with business needs.
