Job summary

IPG, a global leader in packaging and protective solutions, is seeking a Supply Planner I to join its Supply Chain team in Florida. You will coordinate finished goods planning, work with plants to optimize material plans, and develop rolling 3-month tactical supply plans.

You will strive for 95% fill rate, collaborate across functions, perform what-if analyses, and hand off plans for execution. A BS plus 0–2 years of experience and travel up to 25% are expected.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a business discipline, industrial engineering, statistics or logistics.
• 0–2 years of supply planning experience in a multi-product environment.
• Ability to communicate with plants, sales, marketing and product managers.
• Advanced data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and document planning processes with performance metrics.
• Develop tactical supply plans for all plants for a rolling 3-month horizon.
• Achieve 95% customer fill rate and minimize stock imbalances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on forecasting and production planning.
• Perform what-if analyses for inventory management and capacity scenarios.
