Job summary

Syngenta is hiring an Inventory Accounting Lead in Greensboro, NC to ensure inventory accuracy across multiple sites. You will identify and resolve discrepancies, maintain documentation, and audit controls while training remote sites on best practices in data input and inventory management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 5 years in a related field, with proficiency in SAP and Excel, and the ability to coordinate with third-party providers. OT hours may apply during critical times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of SAP and Intermediate level Excel.
• Experience coordinating with multiple 3rd party service providers.
• Strong customer focus and orientation.
• Logistics/production experience preferred.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends during busy times.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance and work with internal and external auditors.
• Coordinate and manage monthly inventory reconciliations.
• Resolve inventory issues and discrepancies.
• Train remote sites on inventory control practices.
• Act as liaison between customer service and logistics for inventory issues.
• Support continual improvement of inventory processes.
