Job summary

Syngenta is seeking a Supply Chain Planner in Greensboro, NC to balance supply with demand, manage production planning, and optimize inventory. The role collaborates with demand management, plants, and export contacts to ensure alignment with the sales plan and cost targets.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with 3+ years in supply chain or related areas. Preferred qualifications include SAP and Excel proficiency, ERP/MRP experience, and APICS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or related field.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage master data and MRP settings for production resources.
• Maintain material balanced plans for accountable resources.
• Create a production plan across planning horizon delivering sales plan with capacity balance.
• Collaborate with demand management, plants and exports to align Production & Supply.
• Develop inventory strategies to target levels.
