Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Manager of Merchandise Planning for its International teams. You will lead the planning function, manage the order/buy process, and partner with regional teams to optimize inventory and assortments across franchise partners worldwide.

You will drive performance analysis, present planning committee updates, and mentor planning staff. Travel to Columbus, OH and New York, NY is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Planning or Allocation.
• Retail supply chain knowledge.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; working with multiple partners to resolve exceptions and negotiate best alternatives.
• Manages and motivates people to results; sets challenging standards of achievement; leads others to action.
• Identifies/influences critical stakeholders; proactively problem solves and recommends solutions.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze and understand quantitative data.
• Advanced experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Experience with EDW, SAP, JDA a plus.
• International experience a plus; travel to Columbus, OH and New York, NY as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Merchandise Planning team for Victoria's Secret International.
• Manage the order/buy process to maximize sales in franchise businesses worldwide.
• Work closely with the North America planning team on assortment strategies and changes.
• Partner with Merchants to support assortment goals and product launch cadence.
• Analyze and drive performance/trends to optimize inventory across models.
• Collaborate with regional teams to understand international market trends and risks.
• Manage sales plans, open-to-buy, and inventory across multiple books of business.
• Present and manage Monthly Planning Committee meetings to optimize inventory.
• Lead planning teams day-to-day, setting priorities and developing talent.
• Travel as needed for collaboration and franchise partner calls.
