Job summary

STS Technical Services is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role supports production by coordinating procurement, inventory control, logistics and material flow, working with Purchasing, Warehouse and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

The position emphasizes ERP record accuracy, inventory replenishment and timely response to production requirements, with a focus on efficient material flow across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Two or more years of experience in supply chain, logistics or procurement.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively.
• Ability to prioritize work based on production requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed for material handling.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Purchasing on procurement activities and supplier communication.
• Work with warehouse cycle counters to monitor inventory levels.
• Support timely inventory replenishment based on production needs.
• Maintain accurate material and transaction records within ERP systems.
• Process Requests for Material and Information.
• Collaborate with Warehouse and Internal Logistics to support material handling and delivery.
• Track shipments and material movement.
• Investigate and resolve shipment delays or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to expedite materials when required.
• Prioritize requests based on production schedules and deadlines.
• Support efficient material flow across production operations.
