Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Enter receiving data into Epicor ERP, including quantities, part numbers, lot numbers, and vendor information.
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues.
• Coordinate with purchasing and quality control to resolve receiving issues.
• Label and route received items to storage or production areas.
• Maintain organized records of receiving documents and transactions.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

• Label and route received items to appropriate storage or production areas.

• Knowledge of inventory control principles and ERP.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
