Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with accounting exposure preferred.
• 1+ year experience in receiving, inventory or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with Epicor ERP or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, ERP).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and verify contents against POs and packing slips.
• Enter receiving data into Epicor ERP including quantities and part numbers.
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues.
• Coordinate with purchasing and quality control to resolve issues.
• Label and route items to storage or production areas.
• Maintain organized records of receiving documents and transactions.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

• Accurately enter receiving data into Epicor ERP, including quantities, part numbers, lot numbers, and vendor information.
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate department.
• Coordinate with purchasing and quality control teams to resolve receiving issues.
• Label and route received items to appropriate storage or production areas.
• Maintain organized records of receiving documents and transactions.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

• Familiarity with Epicor ERP or similar inventory management systems.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles and ERP.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
