Job summary

Global Power Components seeks a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to optimize material flow and support production operations at our Milwaukee facility. You will coordinate procurement, inventory control, and logistics, ensuring timely delivery and accurate ERP records.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field, 2+ years in supply chain or procurement, and proficiency with ERP systems (Epicor preferred). Physical lifting up to 50 lbs and a valid DL are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
• Proficiency with ERP systems; Epicor experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven problem solving.
• Lifts up to 50 lbs and holds a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities with Purchasing and supplier communication.
• Monitor inventory levels with cycle counters to ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records of materials and transactions in ERP systems.
• Support production by processing Material Requests (RFM) and Information Requests (RFI).
• Collaborate with Warehouse and Internal Logistics for smooth material handling.
• Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Expedite materials with suppliers to meet production deadlines.
• Prioritize tasks based on production urgency.
