Mauser Packaging Solutions in Oak Brook, IL is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee rough cut capacity planning and procurement coordination. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize supply and demand, monitor inventory, and drive improvements across SIOP processes.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a related field, SAP ERP experience, 3-5 years in supply planning, and relevant certifications such as CPIM/CSCP/CPSM or Lean Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• SAP ERP proficiency and strong analytical/data interpretation skills.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply planning or related roles.
• Certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, CPSM or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply plans based on demand forecasts to balance supply and demand across production sites.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Monitor inventory levels and track production vs plan to ensure customer service levels.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, demand, and logistics teams to align on a balanced plan for execution.
• Analyze supply chain performance, generate reports, and present insights to senior management.
• Track supply chain KPIs such as OTIF, Operational Efficiency and Optimal Inventory for improvement opportunities.
• Lead scenario planning to assess disruptions and develop contingency strategies.
• Support implementation and optimization of supply chain software.
• Drive and facilitate the Supply Review as part of the SIOP process.
