Job summary

Datwyler in Houston seeks a Production Manager to lead all manufacturing operations, including CNC mills, CNC lathes, molding, assembly, and testing, in a high-mix environment serving Oil & Gas and industrial markets.

You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while partnering with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Commercial teams to execute the production plan and develop manufacturing talent.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related fields preferred but not required.
Minimum 7-10 years of manufacturing leadership experience in a production environment.
Experience managing CNC machining operations including CNC mills, CNC lathes, tooling, and production performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop production supervisors, leads, and manufacturing personnel, fostering accountability, engagement, safety, and continuous improvement.
Oversee machining, molding, assembly, testing and all related manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high quality execution of customer requirements.
Execute the site production plan and ensure personnel, equipment, and resources are aligned to meet customer commitments.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators.
Ensure staffing, training, and workforce development plans are in place.
Lead the site’s manufacturing safety program with OSHA compliance and risk mitigation.
