DAP is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead supply planning processes, align with Demand, and drive inventory targets across the enterprise. You will develop schedules, monitor production, and coordinate material flow while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes master scheduling, MRP, and KPI-driven performance, with opportunities to influence planning strategy and staff development within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations research, mathematics, engineering, or business management.
• 5+ years of strategic and in-depth planning experience.
• Master scheduling experience translating supply plans into executable production schedules balancing capacity, materials, inventory, and customer service.
• ERP and planning systems experience (SAP preferred).
• Strong Excel skills and ability to create data analytical tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional initiatives.

• Develop and execute strategic roadmap to build supply plan execution capabilities across operations.
• Drive continuous improvement with KPI tracking, variance analysis and corrective actions.
