Job summary

Aptar is seeking a Senior Specialist, Supply Chain Project Management in Lincolnton, NC or Mukwonago, WI, in a hybrid role. You will drive cross-functional supply chain projects from concept to implementation, coordinating with Operations, Planning, Commercial, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering to ensure execution aligns with service targets and cost objectives.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of project management experience in manufacturing or supply chain, plus Lean/S&OP familiarity,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects supporting growth, manufacturing optimization, customer transitions, and network strategy initiatives.
• Evaluate alignment with regional manufacturing strategies, plant capabilities, capacity constraints, and objectives.
• Develop project charters, timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and implementation plans.
• Ensure projects are executed on schedule while maintaining service, cost, inventory, and operational performance targets.
