Job summary

Skanska USA seeks a Manager - Strategic Supply Chain to lead end‑to‑end procurement for major projects, ensuring materials, subcontractors and services meet time, cost and quality targets. The role embeds a project‑focused procurement team and champions sustainable, ethical practices across the supply base.

Responsibilities include setting category strategies, optimizing supplier relationships, and coaching buyers and coordinators.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in progressive procurement and supply‑chain.
• 3+ years in developing/executing sourcing strategies with strategic suppliers.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or 8 years equivalent with 7+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end procurement for projects, ensuring on‑time, quality delivery.
• Develop category strategies, leverage scale and supplier relationships.
• Coach buyers/coordinators and embed procurement within operating units.
• Drive cost savings, risk mitigation and continuous improvement with Skanska Way.
