Job summary

Skanska USA is seeking a dynamic Manager - Strategic Supply Chain to lead end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities for one or more projects. You will ensure materials, subcontractors, and services are delivered on time, at the right quality and cost, while embedding a project-focused procurement team within operating units.

The role emphasizes category strategy, supplier relationships, and collaboration with central procurement to drive value and sustainable procurement practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in progressive procurement/supply-chain.
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing strategies and managing strategic supplier partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 7 years prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities for one or more business units or large projects.
• Set category strategies and manage supplier relationships to drive value and cost savings.
• Coach, develop, and manage buyers, coordinators, and category specialists.
• Partner with central procurement to implement best practices and The Skanska Way.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field or 8 years equivalent experience
