Job summary

Skanska is seeking a dynamic Strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee end‑to‑end procurement and supply chain activities for major projects, ensuring timely delivery of quality and cost targets. This role drives category strategies, supplier partnerships, and cross‑unit collaboration to deliver value and sustainable procurement practices.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in progressive procurement/supply‑chain.
3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing strategies and managing strategic supplier partnerships.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 7 years prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Oversees end‑to‑end procurement and supply chain for one or more business units or large projects.
Sets category strategies and drives value and cost savings.
Leads supplier relationships, prequalification/contract arrangements and risk mitigation.
Implements process improvements (including Quick Base) to increase efficiency and transparency.
Supports national business development and client engagements with strategic supply chain insights.
