Job summary

Skanska is seeking a dynamic Manager - Strategic Supply Chain to lead end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities for large projects, ensuring materials, subcontractors, and services are delivered on time, at the right quality and cost to support project delivery.

You will develop category strategies, coach buyers and executives, coordinate with central procurement, and drive continuous improvement, sustainability, and risk mitigation across national projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in progressive procurement/supply-chain.
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing strategies and managing strategic supplier partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 7 years prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities for one or more business units or large projects.
• Set category strategies and leverage supplier relationships to drive value and cost savings.
• Coordinate with central procurement and implement best practices and The Skanska Way.
• Lead negotiations, manage supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
