Job summary

Amazon in Seattle is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our supply chain to improve customer experience and drive growth. You will analyze demand, production and delivery lead times, monitor vendor KPIs, and collaborate with Retail, Vendors and internal teams to reduce cost and waste while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience, 4+ years in supply chain or project management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience.
• 3+ years of with Excel experience
• 4+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and delivering improvement opportunities around demand and production planning
• Monitoring, analyzing and owning Vendor KPIs such as Out of Stock rate, Total Inbound lead time, confirmation rates, including presenting insights to Senior Leadership.
• Strategically analyzing production and delivery lead times, while optimizing inputs like EDI adoption, PO confirmations, efficient receive processes, and inventory placement.
• Spearheading initiatives to enhance cost structure and profitability, collaborating closely with partner teams to ensure successful execution.
