Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation; or Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• 1 year of program or project management experience; 1 year cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams; 1 year driving process improvements with data and metrics; 1 year of supply chain experience; 1 year of advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and supply chain performance metrics to drive system accuracy and reporting, and present data to vendors and internal teams.
• Collect supply chain data and perform modeling and statistical analysis to map, document, and recommend improvements and cost reductions.
• Engage with internal partners to meet and exceed customer service levels and transport-related KPIs.
• Prepare vendor health and performance scorecards and track performance to financial goals.
• Review vendor contract performance standards and manage vendor incentive/penalty payments.
• Provide contract compliance reporting to leadership and identify opportunities for data/process simplification.
