Qualifications

• 3+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience, or Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of professional work (non-internship) experience.
• 1+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or experience using data to influence business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and delivering improvement opportunities around demand and production planning.
• Monitoring, analyzing and owning Vendor KPI such as Out of Stock rate, Total Inbound lead time, confirmation rates, including presenting insights and trends.
• Strategically analyzing production and delivery lead-times and optimizing inputs like EDI adoption, PO confirmations and inventory placement.
• Spearheading initiatives to enhance cost structure and profitability with partner teams.
