Job summary

Amazon Vendor Services seeks a Strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead planning, execution, and optimization of the Consumables (Beauty) supply chain. You will drive high-impact projects and collaborate with Retail, Supply Chain, and Vendors to improve customer experience and growth.

You will analyze KPIs, manage demand/production planning, and partner with teams to deliver operational excellence and scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of professional or military experience.
• 3+ years of with Excel experience.
• 4+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and delivering improvement opportunities around demand and production planning.
• Monitoring, analyzing and owning Vendor KPIs such as Out of Stock rate, Total Inbound lead time, confirmation rates.
• Strategically analyzing production and delivery lead-times, while optimizing EO inputs such as EDI adoption and PO confirmations.
• Spearheading initiatives to enhance cost structure and profitability with partner teams.
