Job summary

FN America, LLC is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain to provide technical leadership for procurement and sourcing activities. Lead strategic sourcing, develop KPIs, and drive supplier performance and development across value streams.

You will guide the supply chain team, work with ERP systems, and oversee initiatives to improve delivery, cost, and inventory turns while ensuring compliance with US government contracting policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in direct material purchasing, including at least two years in material sourcing or commodity management.
• Minimum two years of prior leadership experience in a supply chain or related environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Experience working with ERP and supplier portal systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains supply chain KPIs that support business objectives.
• Develops and maintains supply chain standards and assures adherence to Operating processes.
• Supports value stream buyers and acts as the escalation point for supply chain issues impacting delivery schedules.
• Provides direct leadership to the strategic sourcing team and the business support buying team (MRO, international, etc).
• Develops and executes supply chain strategic initiatives based on defined business strategies.
• Consistently drives material cost improvements through the supply chain team.
• Drives material planning activities to ensure that inventory turns are maintained.
• Coaches the supply chain team to deploy root cause analysis tools to solve for systemic problems that impact material flow.
• Partners with cross-functional leaders to ensure monthly delivery and financial performance objectives are met.
• Ensures that effective inventory management practices are established, maintained, and consistently executed.
