Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Supply Chain M&A Specialist to join our global Supply Chain Strategy team. You will work with clients on mergers, acquisitions, and transformations where supply chain is a key driver of value and risk, delivering strategic advisory and transformation roadmaps across planning, sourcing, logistics, manufacturing, and digital data.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience delivering supply chain and/or M&A projects in a consulting environment.
Experience leading client-facing engagements from initiation through post-go-live support.
Experience across multiple industries and client sizes is strongly preferred.
Strong hands-on background configuring enterprise business platform applications.

Responsibilities

Lead business and supply chain strategy engagements focused on M&A readiness, integration/separation planning, and enterprise capability assessment.
Partner with client leadership to evaluate enterprise platform landscapes and identify supply chain synergies, one-time and run costs, gaps, and transformation opportunities.
Develop and present strategic roadmaps that align technology capabilities with business value streams and GTM objectives.
Facilitate executive workshops to align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and integration sequencing.
Conduct LOE analysis, complexity scoring, and risk assessments for enterprise initiatives.
