Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end procurement, logistics, and inventory functions in our US operations. You will own supplier relationships, drive ERP-led improvements, and ensure on-time delivery for critical aerospace and other high‑value projects.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of supply chain leadership, deep ERP experience (SyteLine preferred), and a track record of cost reduction and process optimization in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field required.
• 10+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience across Purchasing, Logistics, Shipping & Receiving and Inventory.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SyteLine, and customs compliance is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee Purchasing, Shipping & Receiving, inventory control, and supplier performance KPIs.
• Lead, train and develop Purchasing personnel; drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure customs compliance and international trade activities are properly managed.
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, QA, and Logistics to optimize supply chain flow.
