Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in the United States (Delaware) seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Leader to drive end-to-end planning for aqueous inkjet ink and dispersion products. You will lead the SIOP process, production planning, inventory management, and direct purchasing, coordinating with Procurement, Manufacturing and Sales to meet business goals.

The role requires 7+ years in supply chain leadership, strong SAP and MRP knowledge, and a track record of cost reduction and continuous improvement in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of supply chain leadership experience and 5+ years managing and developing teams.
• Manufacturing background; chemical-industry experience preferred; SIOP, MRP, production planning, inventory, warehousing, consignment and direct purchasing coordination.
• Strong understanding of SAP, MRP and scheduling principles; capacity planning, product structures, routings and master data; advanced Excel; BI or Tableau preferred.
• Proven ability to improve supply chain performance and reduce costs through process and system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain planning across the network, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Oversee production planning, inventory management, and warehousing; manage small-pack filling lines and direct purchasing.
• Establish KPIs, drive continuous improvement and coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing and Finance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and drive risk mitigation across the supply chain.
