Job summary

FUJIFILM Sonosite, Inc. in Bothell, WA is seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead purchasing, planning, and supplier management, aligning with business goals and regulatory standards.

You will develop strategies for cost reduction, oversee ERP/MRP optimization, and mentor managers across procurement, planning, and sourcing while driving performance metrics. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• 5–7 years of leadership managing purchasing, planning, and sourcing teams.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decision making.
• ISO-13485 / FDA environment experience preferred.
• Oracle experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support growth and cost management.
• Lead and mentor Purchasing Manager, Planning Manager, and Commodity Managers.
• Drive KPIs and performance metrics for purchasing, planning, and sourcing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
• Oversee supplier performance, risk mitigation, and contract negotiations.
