Job summary

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to optimize warehouse operations. The role focuses on monitoring SAP-driven order flow, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining proactive communication with the warehouse team and leadership to meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will translate general directives into actionable tasks, resolve issues independently, and contribute to continuous process improvements within a dynamic supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse operations or similar roles.
• Knowledge of inventory management in a distribution setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem solving and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety policies and procedures.
• Monitors warehouse order flow within SAP and reports to leadership.
• Releases deliveries and communicates with leadership.
• Maintains constant email and phone contact with customer service to meet expectations.
• Engages with carrier networks to coordinate shipments.
• Reviews key SAP transactions daily/hourly and escalates issues.
• Prepares documents per policies and procedures.
• Participates in warehouse activities including QC and lifting as needed.
• Keeps work areas clean and organized.
