Job summary

TriVista Recruitment seeks an experienced Supply-Chain Leader in Huntsville, AL. You will own inventory management across two facilities, optimize material flow, and lead a team supporting logistics and expediting.

You’ll develop and execute the company’s supply-chain strategy, improve controls and record accuracy, and drive performance metrics across operations. This hands-on role demands ownership, accountability, and measurable impact in a growing advanced-manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of supply-chain experience in manufacturing.
• Strong ERP/MRP implementation or optimization experience.
• Experience with manufacturing scheduling and multi-location purchasing.
• Preferred: aerospace, defense, military, or government-contract manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, financial, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s supply-chain strategy.
• Improve inventory controls, material flow, and record accuracy.
• Lead scheduling for complex manufacturing operations.
• Manage purchasing, supplier relationships, shortages, contracts, and material availability.
• Establish performance metrics and analyze operational and financial data.
• Create and maintain SOPs and business-management processes.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate supply-chain team members.
