Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required (Department of Defense contract requirement).
• Strong leadership and hands-on management skills.
• Proficiency in inventory and supply-chain tools and KPI management.
• Experience in purchasing, inventory control, reporting, and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the purchasing, planning, and warehouse management organization and oversee KPI areas impacting inventory assets.
• Ensure staff are trained on and use the available tools effectively.
• Collaborate with corporate and divisional initiatives, including new tool projects, and cross-functional teams (e.g., plant CFT).
• Enable plant revenue and financial goals.
• Own the training, management, and performance control of Purchasing, Inventory, Reporting, and Training.
