The role oversees production planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics and supplier performance, partnering with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance and Sales to balance demand, capacity and cost while driving Lean improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of manufacturing supply chain experience.
• Proven leadership across planning, procurement, warehouse and logistics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Establish inventory strategies balancing material availability, service, and working capital.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including shortages and capacity constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and Lean initiatives across the supply chain.
• Monitor KPIs and hold teams accountable for results.
• Lead Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, MRP, and material availability to support demand.
